Abstract

In the 21 st.century, the education and training of Bahasa Melayu teachers is different from the past. Many aspects of teacher's education and training are included, such as the competency in ICT, creative and critical thinking, diversity in intelectual capacity and etc. Smart Schools make the education and training of teachers to be more challenging.
